Downloads go the wrong way... >_>

Not a big issue, but for some reason, whenever I download anything, I try to do it straight to the deskto (so I can find it easily). However, on this computer, it wants to save everything on the desktop for "BRAD" and not my user, "Myoti."

Now, I can go in to the desktop file for user "BRAD" and get it fairly easily, but it's still a bit troublesome, and I can't quite understand why it keeps sending it there (especially since that user doesn't exist o-O ). It may be that when I moved all the files for this Firefox, that even directories or whatever for sending my files came with it, but I'd really like to figure out a way to get it to go back to MY desktop (also, it won't let me do a 'Save As' function when I download; if it did, I wouldn't be asking this).

On this computer, I can go to:
Tools -> Options -> Downloads -> "Save all files to this folder:" Clicking browser lets me chose the directory.

and choose where to put them. What version of Firefox do you have?

Not sure, but I tried that out. Oddly enough, it claims I'm saving files to Myoti's Desktop. For now, I just cliked "ask where to save files," so hopefully that will work for now. Thanks.

Hmm... It may not be able to read the file correctly. Perhaps making a change and saving it will fix the issue. Good luck!
