Castle in the Sky on CN

Now, I know the dub on the DVD added a little bit of dialogue and music where there was previously silence in the anime, but....did they add more music and dialogue than what was originally in the dub?

Particularly, there was a scene that I'm pretty sure was silent in the DVD dub...in the opening, with Sheeta on the blimp. On CN just now, they had them speaking--one of the henchmen offered her a plate of food, Sheeta said no, and Muska said "If she doesn't want it, don't make her eat it", or something like that. I'm pretty sure that was silent, even in the dub...why'd they add something like that in just for the CN presentation? It doesn't particularly add anything...

EDIT: okay, this is really bothering me now. XD I keep hearing moments in the dub that dont' feel 'right'. LIke they're speaking faster, or something...did they redub this for the TV releases...?

Some scenes were probably sped up for time.

I saw the second half because I was out with my friend for his birthday.
