Wanna Podcast

Postby HwaRang777 » Sat Dec 03, 2005 7:53 pm

Hey guys after listening to some podcasts, I really want to make one. I think it'd be cool to do that, but I do have some technological issues to deal with. Now I know that I gotta at least have a website to put it on (at least I think so) but I can't find any good audio recording devices that are within my budget (as cheap as I can get them with out being illegal). I really want to get my money's worth out of it. plus, where can I find some cool tunes to use as intro music and such. If any of you guys listen to OtakuG. or listen to any radio talk show, I think you guys know what I'm talking about.

Why don't you throw some together in GarageBand? Then it's your own work.

I like this guy's, and his stuff has been used on other podcasts, so he might let you use it too:

"you're a doctor.... and 27 years.... so...doctor + 27 years = HATORI SOHMA" - RoyalWing, when I was 27
"Al hail the forum editting Shooby! His vibes are law!" - Osaka-chan

I could still be champ, but I'd feel bad taking it away from one of the younger guys. - George Foreman

there's also godcast.com, they carry just christian podcasts, i highly recommend rachel's choice, personally i'd like to do one for caa while somehow hosting them on a separate site so that they wouldn't eat up bandwidth on here, if i ever get the technological capability to do that, i plan on requesting permission to do a caa podcast, that would rock

I want to do one with the guys on YIM so it will be more than one person talking and we dont all have to be in the same room, but alas, we need hosting.

well... when I still need recording devices, and I'm not relying on my Mac's interntal microphone. It's sound like crud. But, do you guys know of any, like, recorders that are really cheap but worthy of using?
