Hair pulling about that aside; what did you all think of this Star Wars-meets-LotR story? I liked it; it was a good twist on some old ideas from the fantasy genre (c'mon, you've gotta give him props on that, in the fantasy genre about every thing has been done before be someone, orignals are really hard to find...)
The next book in the series comes out in August 2005

And to clear up some confusion about the book club:
a) More the merrier. You don't have to be a member to join in the talks here in the threads.
b) We all read one book a month, and then at the end of the month we get together and talk about it. Simple. (So far we've read the Hobbit, The Princess Bride and now, Eragon).
c) You can either find the title of the next month's book in my siggy or in the last month's thread. Last month was kinda odd, and I must apologize for it. Breaking one's arm kinda puts a damper on the madd typing skills.
