If you were stranded on a desert island and.....

Postby Kura Ookami » Fri Dec 17, 2004 2:21 am

Could only have one anime to watch while you were there what would it be? My choice would probably be Escaflowne. :) It's got a little of everything. Fantasy, action, mecha and romance. And you've just gotta love the athletic short haired Hitomi. :)
Absence is to love as wind is to a flame. It extinguishes the little, it ignites the great.

Life is a test. It is only a test. Had this been real life you would have have been instructed where to go and what to do.

When i argue with reality I lose.....But only 100% of the time.

Once you've decided on a course of action, only you can finish it. As long as you remember that, there's nothing you can't accomplish.

hummmmmm. s-CRY-ed, DEFINETLY
You find that you have a weapon, an instrument that
will give you power over the wind and sea.
In one word, you can stop time. It is a weapon
so powerful that even God will bow
down to you and all his angels fall at your feet.
What would you do with it?

Definitely Evangelion for me. I can watch that series a hundred times and learn new things each time; I find it that profound.

Pocket Monsters! Hard for me to grow tired of it. I would miss Ai Yori Aoshi though.

Oh, now this is tough, tough indeed!

.................... hmm ......................

Although I know that Sailor Moon would be most enjoyable (and it's 200 episodes, plus 3 movies), Master Keaton would be a better choice, because watching that show would probably inspire me to concoct some sort of means of escape from the island or means of survival on the island.

Now, how's that for a good answer! Huh? Eh? Anyone agree?

.... Oh yeah, not many people have seen Master Keaton. *sigh*

*goes off to find a deserted island where he can watch Master Keaton, all alone*

 Ain't I silly?

It would definately have to be a series well over several hundred episodes long, it would get boring quickly with only 26 episodes to watch over and over again.

I would take either Trigun or Rurouni Kenshin, tho probably Kenshin since its a longer series and who knows how long you would be trapped on the island.

So, this deserted island has electricity and a tv, or are you going to watch the pretty dvd discs and covers? Maybe you just happened to bring along a sun-powered tv?
By the way, I have been copied! I have the manga thread!
I guess it would probably be Rurouni Kenshin, since I haven't finished it yet and 'cause I am a major Ruroken fangirl.

Either Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, or Fushigi Yugi. ^_^ Not sure which though.
