Yep, I've been a PK all of my life. My dad was first the music pastor at a large church, then he upgraded to associate and music pastor at another church, and now he's been a licensed pastor for around ten years now.
I feel like there is no difference between my relationship with God now and if I wasn't a PK, except for the fact that I've grown accustomed to going to church for all three services in the week, and I probably wouldn't otherwise.
The only problems that I have with being a PK are the constant attention the congregation feels that they have to give to my brothers and I and the stereotypes of PKs, which can be true to an extent, but I have such a weird family that it doesn't really apply to us.
Is anyone happy? Let him sing songs of praise.
Better to be silent and be thought a fool, than to speak and remove all doubt.
