> Fighter - The most basic of the three Base Factions. No supernatural abilities, besides the ability to enhance physical performance during combat. They also have a suppsosed 'Sixth Sense,' allowing them to avoid most danger during combat. Slightly resistant to Avatars and energy techniques.

Informational Update: X-001.1

Explorers,
There has been a catastrophic event. The government has been trying to cover it up, and they have been sucsessful...

... until now.

I am here to inform you of recent events involving a strange object that crash-landed on Aida several months ago: a small, capsule-like device, containing what appeared to be a deceased, unidentafiable embryo, suspended in some sort of organic gel, which is also unidentafiable. A few civillians went down to investigate, but were rendered unconcious by residule fumes left by traces of the gel. Several days later, government agents arrived to retrieve the capsule and unconcious citizens, intending to take both to a secure location. During the trip, however, the citizens suddenly awoke - simultaniously - and proceeded to attack their captors. They displayed bizzare abilities, among these being the abilities to generate lasers and control brain waves. The government agents were crushed, and the capsule stolen.

I have only come across the proceeding information by means of a data-hack into a government computer system. The file was listed under the directive; "Hangar 13 - Directive 9-44203: G-14 Classified". More information will follow as I continue to hack the government's computer banks.

My attepmts to gather information regarding "The Event" (as it has been officially dubbed by the government agencies) have been fruitful.

I have retrieved information regarding the government agents that were sent to retrieve the capsule and the unconcious civillians:

COD Details: Although the direct cause is unknown, scans indicate that the victim suffered massive head trauma and brain hemmoraging before death. Appears to have been caused by electrical overload of victim's nervous system.

Primary identification: Agent Sanchez

Full Name: Melissa Faith Sanchez

Status: KIA
COD: Unknown
COD Details: Although the direct cause is unknown, scans indicate that the victim recieved 3rd-degree burns over their entire body: to the effect of a blast from a sawed-off shotgun, where the pellets are replaced with high-intensity laser beams. Victim died soon after burns occured.

Full Name: David Ron Smith

COD: Spinal fracture
COD Details: Scans indicate the victim took multiple blows to the head, ribcage, and solar plexus before being dispatched by a killing blow to the back of the neck. Appears to have been dispatched by a master of martial arts, but strike points indicate that the opponent used mutiple forms of martial art techniques simultaniously, including several that could not be identified by specialists.

I am here to announce (amongst other things) that my current upgrade status is now upward of thirty percent. I also believe that the scientists currently working on my program upgrades are also designing a new cybernetic body for me to use post-upgrade.

Now, on to the informational update.

So far, it would appear that little has transpired since my last update - that is, nothing incredibly shocking. I've traversed the digitial highways of the government's systems, and I must say, their security is certainly second-rate compared to the Resistance's technology.
