Background: Paul grew up in a home filled with laughter and excitment. his father had been a professional stand up comedian, while his mother had been a journalist and photographer. Paul had spent his years reading his mother's work and listening to his father's routines. in the later years of his childhood his parent's divorced and he moved away with his mother. as aconsequence he adopted his mother's love for writing, and a hate for his father's profession.
Personality: cynical, sarcastic, not spontaneous. untrusting.
Appearance: strait black hair down to his ears, large round glasses, thin, wirey, and wide shouldered. stands about six foot two and has long square cut features.
Occupation: Writer, Journalist, Pizza Delivery Guy.

Background:At the age of 4, her Father left her mother. ZuZu was an only child and was raised by her single mother. Her mother was(and still is) a drunk. In school she was teased a lot because she dressed as a goth girl but carried around a joke book everywhere. She read it all the time. She did not care what others though of her. This book was escape from life. The one thing that brought her joy. She often dreams of being able to write jokes and tell them to others to bring joy. The only problem is that she is far to shy and can not tell jokes. She continued her quirk of carrying the old book with her after school as well. Her mother now threatens to kick her out of the house because she is 20 and "worthless" so says her mother. ZuZu is now in search of job so she can move out.
Personality: Quiet. likes to smile. she shields herself emotionaly from others around her. She is embarrassed of her laugh. She feels that she does not need friends. Stand-offish. insecure.
Appearance:short choppy blonde hair with black streaks running thrugh it. Bright green eyes. She where's heavy dark makeup. She is 5' 4" and about the correct weight for one of her stature. She wears gothic black clothes all the time.

Name: Jerred "Jerry" Knollenburg (also goes by Shaggy or Jerr-Bear)
Age: 21
Sex: Male
Background: Grew up fairly normally (by typical modern white-bread American middle-class standards), though that's not to say he's your average joe. The oldest of his mother's sons, he struggles to tolerate, let alone get along with, his younger brother who's about 12. Compound that with a touch of angst and frustration from fruitlessly attempting to find housing elsewhere on his own and you get the slightly snarky deadpan humor that has become his family's trademark overtime (at least on his dad's side, mom's side tends toward the juicier longhand storytelling end of the spectrum). Currently seeking housing elsewhere before fall quarter starts at his community college of attendance. He's currently working toward studying radio and communication and heads up a club for beard enthusiasts on campus.
Personality: tends to be quiet and observant on his own, content to sit for hours on end people-watching. On the flip-side, you're just as likely to find him often hanging out with friends and meeting new people, wisecracking and bantering and whathaveyou. Likes listening to copious amounts of a rather wide variety of music and can regularly be caught humming or singing whatever's in his head or his iPod at the moment, usually in perfect, or near perfect, pitch or melody. Never goes anywhere without his music.
Appearance: tall (about 6'1") healthy, hairy (think Grizzly Adams), thick brown hair almost to his shoulders, bored blue eyes, full 'stache-n-beard set, usually wears one of his favorite screen tees with jeans or an over-sized pair of Tripp pants with cains and spikes and whatever.
