More and more EVOs have been showing up in the city. Providence is hard-pressed to keep them under control. Many belive that Van Kleiss is behind this sudden surge, but that has not been confirmed yet. Rumor even has it that there are other people like Rex, who have special powers. Providence is letting teens join the ranks to fight off the advancing EVOs. Are you brave enough to join?

Ok, so you can be one of the original characters in the series, Providence soldiers, a normal person (I doubt anyone will want to be one though), or even an EVO. I'm also gonna let you guys make a character with nanite powers, but theres gonna be a limited number of them. I first want to have at least most to the original characters taken, then I'll see.

Name: Anne Lugosi (I named her Anne Rice and Bela Lugosi)
Gender: Female
Personality: Quite reserved and avoidant of people, unless she has to feed on their energy.
Bio(who you where before you became an EVO): Before she was an Evo, Anne was a stage actress with a rather large following.
Appearance: She is somewhat tall and has purple hair because she is an Evo. Her eyes are green.
Notes(optional): Her power is Energy Absorption. For her energy is a drug. If she does not feed on someone's energy, she will go through withdrawal symptoms and may even die. She is eagerly searching for Rex, but is unaware that Van Kleiss is searching for her to use as a wild card.
