Question about a specific manga?

I have a small question about a manga I recently learned about called With the Light. It's about raising a child with autism aparently. It looks pretty interesting, but I want to know if anyone has read it, and do they know the content on it such as sex/nudity/bad religion/language/violence/drugs/etc....? Any help would be great.

I own the first volume of this manga, and it is very VERY good. I really recommend it. Its very... serious and I found myself really feeling for the boy in the story as well as his parents.

From what I have read (which is only the massive first volume) there is hardly anything questionable in it, and it is in fact, a very positive manga, substance-wise.

Everything Kitsune's said. It's a beautiful, beautiful manga. It's exactly what's on the tin- a story about raising an autistic child. And really nothing questionable about it.
