Just one more page of gore, but then it'll tone down for a while. While I'm doing important storytelling stuff like plot and character development. XD
That's how I want it to be, really. I like having non-gore parts so that when it is there, it has a lot more impact than if it was all gore all the time.
Al Gore all the time, however, is horrific no matter how you try and justify it. XD

Showing them mourning over the kid's body was something I felt like I needed to do. It's just something that bugs me in movies when people just get offed, I'm always wondering like "did they have a family? you can't just leave them there. How're they going to cope with his loss?" which tends to ruin my enjoyment of the movie. I just get so darned attached to those background fictional characters.

I know. But then the important characters tend to stay around long enough to talk to their loved ones, leave an important clue, etc. It's right there in the Science Fiction Cliche List.

It wasn't so much the bullets as it was Christ's name being invoked by a believer that tossed Dracula out. But it's fun to shoot him. XDD

I think Dracula does summon bad weather in the book. I read it a couple years ago.
