Viz Media, the North American master licensor for the Death Note manga and anime franchise, has granted The Northwest Company a license to create Death Note pillowcases, throw pillows, and throw blankets. Viz is continuing to pursue other product licensing possibilities for Death Note, and it is interested in extending the license to products in a range of categories, including wall décor items, headwear, costumes, gifts, food and beverages, videogame accessories, collectible card games, and trading cards.

I do think Ryuk is a nice enough character so kids should have no problem with a Ryuk pillow, plus he's a card! Light on the other hand is more scary than Ryuk. I think with an L pillow you'd be paranoid every time you went to sleep, its that creepy stare.

I won't mind a Light or L throw blanket, but it would probably somehow end up on my wall and my parents would take me for therapy.

Also, if there was a Death Note wedding, I'd be seriously hesitant about signing my name on the marriage certificate.
