I'll translate, going top to bottom, left to right, although redkorn seems to have subtitled a few of the frames already.

Stan: I'm bored.
Dan: Go to the city!
Stan: Then what?
Dan: Buy something!
[Signs: store three, store two, store one]
Stan: Let's go to store #2.
Dan: No, [can't read the writing ... yo me puse quiere???] ??I want that store.
Dan: You idiot.
Stan: I want this store!
...
Stan: Goodbye.
Dan: He hit me!

Wow, thats gotta be the most blood I've ever seen shed over 2 friend disageeing about which store to shop in first!
