Best Inuyasha movie

Postby rocklobster » Sun Dec 31, 2006 5:02 am

I just watched the 4th Inuyasha movie. So which one do you folks think is the best? I liked the second one best myself. But I have one complaint: why is Kikyo's role always reduced to just shooting some magical arrow and leaving? She deserves so much more than that!

The 4th, although it's been a while since I've seen it. 3rd was real good too, but 4th DOES include the best Inu song of all (next to Come^^)

I loved them all as well, though they seem to get progressively better and better.
I picked the fourth one in that it is the one that has the most background on
Kikyo and Inuyasha and the flashbacks easily fit into the sequence that we see in
the Inuyasha special that dealt with their early days together.
Though as a Silent Mobius fanboy I would also have to pick the second one since in the dub the main villianness is played by Silent Mobius' 'Katsumi' in the SM dub.

Inuyasha's my second favorite behind Silent Mobius and before Dual.I think Moneca Stori and Richard Ian Cox were two of the only Inuyasha cast members that weren't also in Silent Mobius.
Kelly Sheridan(Sango) played Yuki Saiko
Janyse Jaud(Kagura/Kanna)played Katsumi(main character)'s mother
Scott MacNeil(Koga)played Mutant(if I remember rightly)

I've liked the third one the most, though I haven't seen the 4th one yet. The 1st one was actually really, really good.

my favorite was Castle beyond the Looking Glass. just cause it showed more about kagome and inuyasha's relationship. i love that movie. i watch it all the time. anyways if the rest would have to go in order, starting with Fire on mystic island as my second fav., then affections across time and then lastly sword of an honorable ruler. i just didnt really like the third one. lol and its the only one i have on DVD the rest are recorded.

My favorite is the 4th, although I am yet to see the first 2.^^ The only things I didn't like about the 4th is that it had a few slow parts, but that is about it.

And Kohaku was even good!
What I liked best about the third one was the focus on Rin. She was so cool in the movie. I loved the part where she shielded Kagome. But I have one question: When did Kagome learn Rin's name?

kikyo's role is to play the jealous woman. she knows she doesn't stand a chance of getting with inuyasha so she just makes herself scarce.
although i have to say that the second one was the best. i was wondering when they were going to kiss each other.
