Wow. I am so happy about some of these games! Things on this list I thought should have been on launch:

Super Mario RPG! One of my all time favorite games. I hope that this can bring the joy of SMRPG to people who didn't get the chance when it came out. Also: Super Mario RPG was developed by Squaresoft. Meaning there's a good chance we will be seeing the Final Fantasy games eventually. Although most likely after the GBA versions have been out for a long time. I'm hoping for Secret of Mana and Chrono Tigger!

Kirby's Super Star: Best Kirby game ever, IMO. There's even a Co-op feature! If you haven't played this game, it is easily worth the money. Especially if you have a friend to play it with. Also a very good game to purchase if you are wondering just why people are excited to see Metaknight in SSBB.

Other games we should have had at launch: Starfox 64, Super Metroid, and Mario Kart 64. If they keep up at this rate, I might re-purchase all my old favorites and clear out some space!

I'm not a fan of the price points on the VC, but those four SNES games make me excited. Here's hoping for Chrono Trigger, Earthbound, Castlevania IV, Super Double Dragon, and Actraiser soon.

Is superstar the NES one or the SNES one? There was a brief, but funny, RPG parody in the super nintendo game.

SNES and yeah, I remember the RPG parody during the treasure hunter part (which some of the treasure referenced to other Nintendo games). Good stuff. :thumb:

Well, it's out today, apparently. I didn't bother trying to get one ~ I have neither the money nor the interest. I want one, but I'm going to wait. I need to save up for a new car.

I camped out in front of my walmart from 7:00 AM on Satarday through 8:00 AM on Sunday, so about 25 hours. The folks at Walmart were really nice. They kept checking on us and bringing us coffee and donuts and stuff. Anyway, I got my Wii, and I love it X3 Except the only thing I have to play on it is Wii Sports. Yet that alone is incredibly fun. My mom and dad actually played it. You should have seen my dad boxing in the middle of the living room XD What a riot.
As to your question, yes, it comes with the nunchuck. I wish it came with a full set of 4 controllers *pouts* I really wanna play with my friends.

I got my Wii, two Wiimotes, and 8 games between my two brothers. The Wii is awesome.

I have Zelda, Excite Truck, Trauma Center, Rayman, Red Steel, Monkey Ball, DBZ Tenkaichi 2, and obviously Wii Sports.

I've only just started Zelda, but I can say without a doubt that it is very awesome, it certainly has the potential to surpass OOT.

On another note, Wiimotes, and more specifically, Nunchuks are hard to find. I visited 4 stores today and only the last one had Wiimotes. None of them have had nunchuks, so I can't play multiplayer with my brothers. On some games anyway.

For the record, Rayman: Raving Rabbids is great. Just got it today (after talking about Red Steel with a friend), and it's just so awesome, especially the plunger-shooting parts.

Seriously now, they need to do some sort of Time Crisis set for Wii. =o

I hear so many good things about that game. Looks like a very nice party game. I think I'll pick it up later. But for now I got my hands tied with like 8 new games XD

I camped out with MSP and it was quite an experience. For now, I only got Zelda, as that and my job will keep me quite occupied. I am definitely interested in Rayman: Raving Rabbids too, though. It sounds really funny.

In case people think only sony fans are violent, my friend had someone jump in the Wii line then threaten to shoot everyone if they complained... They did, and the cops had to intervene... Yeah, that's right... Nintendo fans can be violent, too. ^_^ At least no riots over this thing, though... *grumblegrumblewestcovinagrumbleidiotsgrumble*

Just played Twilight princess...

My biased review:

Once I finally got the sword, the wiimote finally felt worth something. I'm not sure if my friend had simply calibrated it wrong, but aiming wasn't quite right... Hmm... In any case, I love Twilight Princess. Finally a worth sucessor to Ocarina of Time, maybe even surpasses it. The graphics were a bit of a disappointment, but considering this was developed originally as a gamecube game, it's sorta to be expected...

Tried Wii sports, they all sucked except the boxing one, which was quite fun. The bowling one and the tennis one were absolutely perplexing, as I didn't see a way to control which way you swung... I moved that darned wiimote all over the place, and couldn't seem to get the ball to do anything other than what it did in the bowling...

As for the speaker in the wiimote, I gotta say. It's pretty cool, though it can be abused, and didn't ALWAYS fit in Zelda. This new, darker Zelda is really nice all around, though. I was waiting for the gamecube update, but this is better, even if only slightly. It's great to have gamer friends who can buy the systems you can't... He'll be getting a PS3 as soon as the shortage ends, so... YAY!!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_tldOtU94E4

EDIT: It's worth saying, when i say it wasn't sensative enough, i really mean it wasn't accurate enough... It was actually TOO sensitive, particularly with shaking... on the tennis game, it always swung twice because of bounceback on the wiimote...

BTW: Stupid gamestop, demo-ing excite truck instead of flipping Twilight princess... Shame on EVERY STORE that demos any launch titles leaving out Twilight princess... Yeah...

MSP, LQ, and I played some tennis and bowling together, and we thought it was real easy after a couple minutes. I got two strikes in a row in bowling, and in tennis, the hardest part was timing. I don't think it's exactly the game of the year, but it's certainly got group play value in my opinion.

Well, with the bowling one, considering no matter how I aimed the wiimote or rotated the stick, it ALWAYS bowled just a tad bit to the left, meaning that a slow ball always ended up in the left gutter if bowled from the center, and generally hit the same place if I moved my bowler to the right a lot, I don't see how skill could really be involved in that...

I'd love to see the boxing game set up with two players.

Yes, the first dungeon boss really was epic. I'm looking forward to what more may be in store (especially if the rumour of it taking 70+ hours to beat the game is true =D ).

That happened with me... until my sister started playing it and kept getting it almost perfectly. o.O
Guess is does have at least something to do with a player's 'skill.' Or luck. =/

And I never had any real problems with Tennis, either. The only one that got on my nerves was the Baseball one (but I typically hate baseball anyways, so I guess it's just bias).

Gamespot said the game is only 40+ hours... although with side quests and such im sure you could make it last much longer.

Which is still quite long especially for Zelda... Windwaker I've clocked at 10-12 hours... and I thought that was long (I generally dont play games but I make an exception for Zelda (best series ever IMO) and party/multiplayer games and a few others here and there).

That makes sense.

Well, I'm now probably at about 8 ~ 8 and a half hours total, and I haven't even completed the second dungeon. Looks like it's going to long enough either way. =D

EDIT: Two bosses down... =3

*envies people who own a wii and zelda* Fear my one eyed stare of doom!!! 0_- Mom would have never let me camp out anyway. I also wanted a black one. I am so behind on the news. Are they still going to make them in black or maybe better phrased as are they going to make them before next june? ;_; Whenever I look at zelda I think, maybe that would be worth a white wii.
