Well I didnt see this anywere and if there is one direct me to it and delete this one.

Ok now that is done Im still a n00b at it but I enjoy it like mad! I was wondering if anybody working on any costumes. Currently I working on a coo from Di Gi Charat FOR MTAC!

Cosplays are usually fun.

I've done Lupin, Falco Lombardi from Star Fox, Captain Jack, and a player from the NeoGeo Basketball Game called Street Hoop. That was a group cosplay.

When I went to Otakon I went as Walter from Hellsing. It was a really easy costume to make, but I'm thinking of going as a Seed Uniform Squall (FF8) for Katsucon (if i can go) but if i cant go, I'll use it for this year's Otakon.

I'm cosplaying as a sorcerer from the Sorcerer Hunters for the upcoming Ohayocon, and I hope to do Kanzeon Bosatsu from Saiyuki when I go to either Anime Centeral or Otakon. I've never been to a con before, so this will be my first time cosplaying...

I don't cosplay, but I would like to dress up as a character going to a con. I am working on a Milly costume from Trigun right now. I would also like to go as Belldandy(AMG), Kisa or Tohru (FB), Hotaru (Sailormoon), Miaka, (FY), Hotaru (.hack/sign) and others . . . (those are some of my favs) ^_^

I might dress up as someone if I knew that the costume wouldn't look like garbage, which is how most cosplays turn out.

I suppose it would be a good idea to choose a character that looked a lot like me. Having said that, I could probably pull off a good Quatre (Gundam Wing), Ken (Street Fighter), or others like that. Of course, dying my hair would greatly increase the number of possibilities.

Well, seeings that we have oh, say 2 conventions... maybe... in all of Michigan, I'm kinda limited in options for cons/expos, but I am going to JAFAX this year as Kenshin, and a friend is going as Shura. We might have a Misao too. ^.^

unfortunately, I currently cant figure out who to Cosplay as at the cons I want to to to... its hard to find anime charachters with goatees.

I don't think I would ever cosplay, under just about any circumstances. However, I'll stay with this thread, see if anything interesting comes up. Thanks for clipping that, Gypsy, I really don't want to see that again, if it was the picture I thought it was.

...the frightening thing is, I saw the manFaye in PERSON! >< Most scarring thing I've ever encountered at a con.

I LOVE cosplay. ^^ So far I've been:
Hiiro Yuy from Gundam Wing
Merle from Escaflowne
Thatz from Dragon Knights
Son Goku from Saiyuki

I'm going to AnimeExpo this year as Goku and Thatz again, and possibly as Korrid of Tenyan, a character from my own manga. (just for fun. XD If that happens, my friends are going to be his twin Mian and his older brother Crescent)

We don't have cosplays where i live. and I can't really drive toa neighboring state to find one...*cough* I mean, I don't think my mums car can swim...

but I always wanted to make a cosplay costume...

i once dressed up as karo kano^^ some of the girls at the con were saying how cute i looked it made me feel so embarrased :red:

and yet annoyed :stressed:

Kare kano stuff being cute is a good thing and true to the series. ^__^

*sigh* Aren't little sisters great? I had fun with that Manta costume design, though the Manjien/HP#5 was a little heavy for her to hold. I call her my "Chiisana Oyamada Manta" and she's just as loud and hysterical as him in real life. Someday I will cosplay Yoh or something and take her to a con with me.
