BTW, the order at the top represents my ranking.

Although I'm a Cloud fan, Vincent gets my vote. Just such a neat character, and with an interesting story behind him and everything...

Yuffie, and not just because she's the hottest. It's because...uh...okay, it's because she's the hottest. And her Limit Breaks were awesome.

Tifa... I know what it's like to love someone that I really believed I belonged with and have that person chasing after something that's long dead and won't ever come back... Cloud is a whiny {name of sword}, though...

I find it ironic that none of the villains were on there, unless you wanna count Cait Sith... No Shinra, No Turks, no Sephy...

After Tifa, prolly Aeris / Aerith however the heck you wanna spell and say it... *tries to breath steadily* It really ith a thilly thing to get thathy about.

I was only focusing on the heroes this time out folks. The reason I like Aerith so much is that she's the nicest character in the whole game and it's almost impossible to hate her. I like the fact that even though she's the weakest character in the physical attack department, she was the strongest sorcerer (or sorceress in her case) in the game, and IMO the strongest character in terms of personality.

Yuffie's my favorite. I found her to be the most useful character in the game besides Cloud.

I vote Vinnie, just cause he looks cool. The half hidden face, the ever-ready shotgun. Red and Cait are close seconds, Red also because he looked cool and Cait because of the goofiness he added to the game.

Well, since Yuffie's my favorite character, I'm gonna have to point out that it's "Kisaragi," and not "Kisargi." XD But yeah, Yuffie, followed by Tifa, then Red XIII.

Character? Vincent Valentine.

Gameplay-wise? Either Cloud or Yuffie. They each have powerful limit breaks. Yuffie's level 3 limits have some serious damage potential and should have been level 4s. All Creation is just weak.

Haha, I actually considered Cait Sith to be my least favorite character (right along with Aeris, hahaha). He was so useless in battles. XD Red XIII was always one of my favorites, though.

Question: Why in the world did Advent Children ever have Denzel? He never DOES anything, if he were taken out of the story it wouldn't matter... at all... I would have liked to see him fight Bahamut actually, then he would have at least served as some plot point or created an interesting battle scene... Who else would like to see Denzel fight bahamut? Then, we could do an Aerith plot line on him and make Cloud ask more deep questions about the meaning of his life while Tifa continues to pout "dilly dally shilly shally". :Is ebil:

You make a good point. I would rather have Denzel out of the movie and have more from the better characters (like Yuffie, Red (with his one line...), Cid, etc.). And I think that "dilly dally shilly shally" is one of the worst and dumbest translations EVER. XD And I thought the dub was well done, too, other than that.

Then Vincent though that has me scratching my head because I had a friend watch the movie and the scene in the Forgotten City where he saves Cloud, she thought that Vincent was red blanket ;;;;. And yes why was Denzel there? If he wasnt then there would have been some sweet scenes of Tifa fighting Bahamut with the others but no she was protecting little no name...lol

Tifa Lockheart easy. However I must say that Vincent Valantine has to be the coolest male character in FF7. Man I REALLY need to get FF7 for PC or PS1.

More scenes with Tifa kicking general behind would have been very welcome. And more fight from Vincint. Hey a duoble take with Vincent and Tifa hammering baddies would have rocked

I would like to change my vote... after further consideration I think that Barret is the coolest character in FF7... A) because he's the only character to actually seems to care about something (Marlene) B) because he overcame the adversity of loosing an arm and actually changed it into positive aspect in his life C) because I thought I heard that he was research new types of fusion power or something like that (may just be a rumor) C) Because in reality, his weapon would be far more powerful than anything the other characters use... swords VS guns...

In the end, Barret is the coolest character in the game... but never gets enough lines in the movie... Actually we see very little of the old gang... Oh and I will also note that I found out more info, it seems Denzels only purpose occurs very lightly in the story released called "on the way to a smile- the case of Denzel".... Its a good read and can be found easily on the internet... Oh and don't be dumb like me VOTE FOR BARRET!
