Favorite name? (of a character)

This idea just came to me a little bit ago. What is your favorite name of an anime character in all of anime? They don't necessairly have to be your favorite character (they might even be a character you hate), but there is something about their name that is so ... cool... that you love.

Favorite name of all time:
Kougaiji (Saiyuki)

Runners up:
Vash the Stampede (Trigun)
Integra Hellsing (Hellsing)
Sesshomaru (Inu Yasha)
Sieghart (Groove Adventure Rave)

I like unusual names. Read most of my stories... yeah, I love giving people weird names, and I like weird names.

Hmmm, for favorites, possibly Rakka from Haibane Renmei. I just think that "Rakka" is a cool name, espeically with the way Ls and Rs are the same letter in Japanese, so her name is supposed to almost sound like "La-ka" but not quite... it has more of the R sound. It's just a neat sounding name. I like saying it... "Rrrrrakka!"

Washi of Haibane Renmei has a cool name, too, I think. Washi! It's cool on it's own, and what's cooler is if what I read somewhere is right... I think "Washi" is supposed to mean "communicator" in Japanese or something (or maybe just in the HR world?), and he is the Haibane Renmei communicator... so.., "Washi is the 'washi'-communicator". Heheh.

Of course Vash the Stampede... such an odd name, and rather cool. It's like "Ash", but with a V, and no one can figure out quite where it comes from. (I've read that it might be a play on the French word for "cow").

Rem, in Trigun, is cool, too. I like anything that connects to dreams, and her name is a big pun on the state of dreaming. I also think it's pretty, especially when I consider what it might be short for... I mean, a name like "Rem" could be short for "Remebrance", which is a pretty word, or from "Rembrandt", which is a man's name, and the name of one of my favorite artists in all of art history. ]

Sesshomaru and Inuyasha have cool names, too.

Vivi (FFIX) is just an adorable name.
And there's Garland, from FFIX (and others I think)...a funny name, in my opinion, for a villain.

I also am fond of the name Hideki, but I don't know if there was ever an anime character by that name. And then of course there's Tsukasa...it's so fun to say that the way it's intended to be said. Like ska-sa. *says it over and over*

Well their are so many different names that are unique and have cool meanings that I can't choose; however, I'll have to say that it would have to be Heero Yuy. Since I love Hee-chan so much I decided to put his name. ^^

Probably Lafiel and Vash. Both have long intricate names but go by short and unique ones.

He is the male lead in Chobits. I'm sure there are others, but that is the first one I thought of.
