Old Atari commercial

I found this one one day and just couldn't let it go by without sharing it with you. This is from the 80s, and it's a commercial for the Atari XE system, touting why it's better than the NES that was also available at the time. Just take a look and see...this commercial is hilarious in retrospect.

I find that amusing, since Nintendo became absolutely huge, while Atari isn't even making consoles anymore. XD Apparently, "Bug Hunt" loses to "Duck Hunt." XD Wonder why...

Do I sense some resentment between Nintendo and Atari? I wonder where that could have come from... ^_¬
Will insert something intelligent here later... maybe

Super Mario, Castlevania, Contra, Metal Gear, Final Fantasy, Mega Man, Duck Hunt, Metroid, and Zelda vs Bug Hunt and some flight sim? Yeah. I'm really sold on that.

Oh, and the NES could indeed play disk based games... the Disk System attatchment just wasn't released outside Japan.

Well, that was clearly an American commercial bragging about it's superiorness over the American NES.

Thaose graphics were sick.
