One thing I found about this movie, not mentioned in the review is what appeared to be some strong anti-American hostility. You have some side villains like "Little Boy" and "Fat Man" and the enemy is explicitly identified as America in the sub. I'm not bringing this up to start a debate [Aside to the mods: Feel free to kill the comment if you think it is necessary], but just to let viewers know it is there.

Another point I found annoying with the movie was the whole "Noah's Ark" bit seemed directly plagiarized from "Nadia: Secret of Blue Water" down to the details.

Is it just me, or does it seem like Titan A.E. also has some plot elements from this?

I've noticed a similar thread in many anime and video games, so I'm not sure if they're ripping something off, or if it's just a common theme.

Ok, I didn't write this review. I've never even seen Spriggan. And from the looks of this review, I don't think I ever will. ^^;

I'm not sure how that happened! Maybe you meant Kat Warrior?
