Tsubasa Chronicle (What do you think?)

I'm at episode 34 (I think...lol), and just wanted to know what those of you who have seen think of it.

I was kind of disapointed that there was so much language. Especially in the beginning. I love Syaoran's determination though.

Anyway, I'd love to hear your opionion. ^_^

I don't think its as good as the manga and I think it also takes itself too seriously. But I love Miyu Irino voicing Syaoran and the music Yuki Kaijura composes is great.

Fansubs, of course. Although I heard waaaaay back a long time ago that Tsubasa, the Tsubasa movie, AND the x(xx)HOLiC movie were all licensed by FUNI... ofcourse nothing's come up yet^^

The show is alright. The start of the second season was like "ok, so when are they gunna go back to the manga?" and now they have... The music's great (but not NEARLY as good as the Noir, .hack soundtracks) but yeah I dunno... I prefer the manga better.

Language? That doesn't make sense ~ there was essentially no language in the manga, except for a choice word or two from Kurogane, IIRC. I hope the official version doesn't have it. That wouldn't be right.

I am, however, excited that there is a Tsubasa anime coming. I love the manga very much, and would like to see it [especially the comedic moments with Fai and Kurogane, which really kept the story from being as sad as it could have been] animated.

I looked it up and it was announced on January 14 that Funi had all three, although season 2 of Tsubasa and XXXholic TV series remain unlicensed.

Not date of release has been announced yet but I would expect sometime late Fall close to Christmas.

I've read Volume 1 of the manga and I have seen Episode 1. A really weird story, yet really good.

Mokona is awesome! Espeically since he's a crossover. Anyways, I watched the first season and liked it alot, I haven't been able to collect the second season though. It has an very good plot line, some language, not to mention good music. All in all, I really like the series, at least as much as I've seen of it.

I watched [most of] season 1, and absolutely loved it. It's strange, but I think I actually like the anime better than the manga in this case.

I kinda lost interest in anime for a while, but I now see that I've been missing out on season 2. I better start watching it before Funi picks it up too.

I've seen through episode 35, I think. The manga is beter, but the anime has some great music. I wish they could have got the original CCS voice actors back for Tsubasa.

At Anime Expo Funi announced that auditions for the Tsubasa dub are being held, and the whole dub will be cast by July 7th.

My guess is that they got new voice actors because the characters are older, no?
