Playing SSB and SSBM bring back a lot of good memories for me. Besides those two games, I tend to experience nostalgia while playing Burnout 2, Ikarugua, Tales of Symphonia, TS2 and Timesplitters:Future Perfect...that's about it I think...

I'm such a serious old-school gamer, a listing of all the games that make me nostalgic would take longer to type than I'm feeling like doing right now. =P

I'm always filled with nostalgia when I play WoW... (nah, just kidding!)

The old DOS Apogee games would rate highly on my list. For a large proportion of these, I only played the demo; but that was still enough to create a nostalgic feeling years later.
In approximate order of nostalgianess:
Chips Challenge
Stunts
Secret Agent
Lemmings
Jetpack
Warcraft I
Scorched Earth
Math/Word Rescue
Terminal Velocity
Descent
Screamer 2 - that game was soo pixelatedly fun!
Out Of This World/Another World
Dark Forces I
Commander Keen
Wacky Wheels
Everywhere like such as, and MOES.

Frogger, Pitfall, Original mario bros, river raid, kid nikki, trojan... I don't count SMB, Bionic Commando, etc because I never stopped playing those games, but the other ones I did stop playing and came back to them much later...

EXPANDED LIST:

Civilization
Seiken Densetsu 2
Big Sky Trooper
Image Fighter
Rygar
Ninja Gaiden 1
Ninja Turtles (the first NES game, not the arcade one...)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=evcNPfZlrZs Watch this movie なう。 It's legal, free... And it's more than its premise. It's not saying Fast Food is good food. Just watch it.

Hehe, I remember attempting to play Civilization as wee little kid. Strategy was a little beyond me at that point though. Come to think of it, I just realized that I didn't really cover PC games:

Crazy Face (really low-tech game where you build preferably odd and ugly faces, all of my cousins would play it a family get-togethers)
Treasure Mountain (ancient educational software, this game NEVER ENDS O_O)
Inherit the Earth (bet no one remembers this one *sigh* I loved it, a click and point bird's eye view exploration game featuring upright talking animals and a post apocalyptic civilization)
Dinotopia (similar to the above, but not quite as good. had an addictive card playing minigame though, the game even came with a real deck of cards, so you could inflict it on family)
