Izzy on Ghost in the Shell?!

I was sitting at my computer doing some writing in my notebook, not really paying to Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex on TV. The next thing I knew, my Voice Actor Recognition Mental Alarm kicked in--that street punk who the Major takes in...the kid's voice actor is Mona Marshall: the voice of my computer geek mentor Izzy from Digimon and the soft spoken, Tohru-like wolf Toboe on Wolf's Rain; not to mention chibi-Bo-BoBo in the earlier episodes.

The things this kid was saying, (which I won't DARE repeat here--you'll have to watch the episode) sounded really...REALLY freaky hearing this voice saying it! Did anyone eles feel the same way, or am I just crazy?

I saw the episode; I love GITS: SAC, but what the heck was so bad? PM me with it. Anyway, the kid she played was a boy - hence his 'request' to the Major.
