Granted. Unfortunately I don't know who Jack Bauer is ( ) and go for the first closest thing that comes into my mind... Black Jack!

... who gets a broken leg. And fixes it.

I wish I was the uber doctor like Black Jack!

 Granted, but your banana-mobile won't fit in the garage but goes bad in the sun. You also spend hundreds painting over the mysterious brown spots that appear on its hull from time to time.

I wish.... I wish we could pull bishies here from the anime world. (How many problems can we find with that? *starts counting*)

Granted, now you wish we could pull bishies from the anime world, but messing with your brain causes you to forget what they are.

I wish for super powers that are useful.

Ouch. Hadn't thought of that one.

Granted, but cleaning toilets in a single swipe only gets you so far. :P

Granted but they are all made by chipmunks working on Apple Macintosh who stumbled on to the site while looking for pictures of Chip And Dale from Rescue Rangers.

Granted, but then someone looses the remote and is too lazy to get up from their armchair to press the buttons on the world's video player and we all get stuck in rewind.

I wish we didn't.

Granted, but when we stop in 1987, we commit suicide because of the terrible fashion trends.

I wish that high school was over.

Granted, but that's because the world converts to kiwi speak and now called High School 'college' like all sensible people should. ;) College is now University. SO you really don't escape at all, I'm afraid.

I wish we all converted to speaking like kiwi's (New Zealanders).

Granted, but no one can communicate because so few of the population are native New Zealanders. International relationships go horribly wrong. Allies quickly become enemies, and the world economy crashes, just before a nuclear war destroys the earth.

I wish I could go to sleep.

Granted, but its made out of that weird plasma stuff you see in sci-fi movies and quickly loses its form and reception, rendering it useless.

I use I had control over all fire and was immune to being burned!

Granted, but it's the national anthem of Japan, and since they have no idea what the lyrics are (or mean) and don't even know what Green Acres is, the citizens revolt and kill the emperor. Japan reverts back to its Shogunistic ways and falls into civil war. Eventually, the entire race is obliterated, destroying the chance of new authentic anime ever being produced.

Granted. As a result of driving a giant robot, you become prone to irritating whinning and poiltless philosophizing due to your constant angst

I wish I could watch any Studio Ghibli movie I want any time I want... WITH SUBTITLES THAT ARE IN ENGLISH!!!
