Every year in Uganda, innumerable children simply. . . disappear. These children all stolen under the cover of darkness from their homes and impressed into the guerilla armies of the LRA [Lord's Resistance Army]. But there are those who are trying to fight against this slaughter of Uganda's children. They fight to protect these "invisible children." Please, help them help a country full of children who know nothing by fear. Help save the innocence. Amazing how affordable some older animes have become now. When the first Escaflowne "perfect" collection came out waaay back in the day, it was $200 (of course, that included a limited figure too, but still) fast forward 5 or more years later: 50 bux. Wow. I'm buying.

Likewise... I also had a copy of the movie seperately at the time so had to sell it. Although, now that it's so much cheaper I'll be kinda mad if the packaging is alot better >_< I'm a visual person, and the blue box with the "Escaflowne" logo just didn't cut it :/ Pretty blah. I have vol.1 and will probably continue to buy one disc at a time since it is easier for me moneywise to collect anime that way.
