MGS3: Subsistance

http://www.konami.jp/gs/game/mgs3_sub/english/index.html

Do you KNOW what this is? This isn't a crappy VR mission upgrade like Substance was for 2... This is that plus FULLY TRANSLATED MG1 and MG2 (off the MSX) Never before seen in the US legitimately!!! That alone is worth the price of purchase... But WAIT! There's more!

The cutscenes in MGS3 were all taken, as well as new ones made, to make a fully CG MGS3 movie! Yeah, that's right! They made a movie out of the cutscenes that you can watch as a movie, including entirely new cut scenes to replace the ingame stuff (battles and traveling) This will, unfortunately, only be a feature of first edition copies... Sorta like the gold carts for zelda, only this will actually be worth something...

Then there's the online mode... I dont' have good hopes for it, but what the heck... Why not? There's also hidden theater, which features funny fake cut scenes, as well as cut scene theater where you can watch any of the cut scenes you want. It will connect with Metal Gear Crap, er, I mean Acid 2, and such too, but hey stop listening to this crap and say "Holy CRAP! Metal Gear 1 and 2 from the MSX, now on my PS2! Must Buy Must Buy!!!" That is all.

Yeah I own Acid and Acid 2 is going to be even better. Oh and Subsistence is going to be pretty sweet.

Does anyone know if the 3rd disc will be coming the the US at all? I mean, I can't get the first release, but at least I'll know whether I'll have Ebay to console me... I really want to see this... I've been wishing they'd do that since MGS...

Nobody has any idea yet from what I read yesterday. Probably though since I remember them getting some good feedback on it when it was first shown at TGS or something.
