Naruto Fans??

Out of Curiostity I was wandering if there was any Naruto fans out there?? I'm not just talking the manga, but the anime as well. I know the anime hasn't come out in America yet, but you can LEGALLY download eps on Bittorrent.
It's really a wanderful series, with some of the best characters ever created. Rock Lee is the best!!
The anime is actually more popular hear in America then it is in Japan. Funny, sense it hasn't been realeased her yet.
Anyway just wandering if there are fellow fans here.

Of course there's Naruto anime fans. This is Naruto thread #2045778 (give or take a few) at CAA ;P And although I don't want this to turn into another debate about if d/ling unlicensed anime is legal or not... as of now I believe it's not legal (nor illegal) to download it on bittorrent.

But while we're here, I'll just say I like Kakashi and Sasuke (sorta). Though if I really think about it, Sakura is probably a favorite character as well.

I've actually vanished from this forum for a year and trying to get back into the swing of things.

I actually do not like Sasuke as a character. So angst done wrong and Gary Stew like.
Itachi is a different story. I like Itachi. He needs to kill Orchipoopoo and become the main villian. I hate stupid villians. Give me a good villian that'll serve me tea while he slaughters my family anyday!!

Gaara, Lee, and Naruto are possibly my most favorite characters. Lee is just so wonderful. He's such a man!! LOL. I don't ever plan on getting married (living single for the Lord rock on

) but if someone like Lee would come along in my life I do believe I could be pursuaded to change my mind. After praying about it for a long time neh? :sweat:

I like Sakura for being a very realistic character, what with her little inner-Sakura thing (I saw it and was evermore convinced that Kishimoto-sensei is a mind reader and has been spying on me) and how she's not insanely strong. I'm not sure if I have a favorite character overall, though. There are so many I like, several that make me mad, and even more that manage to fill both categories at once.

I hate to say this, but this thread is accessory. We already have multiple Naruto discussions going on (in Manga Mania, Goof Off and probably other sections). Because this is the only recent thread in the Anime forum (regardless of many discussions of the anime) I will allow it to stand, but every other one of these I see is getting closed.

Although I haven't seen any whole episodes yet, all the clips I've seen of the anime looks just as cool as the manga (which is one of my all-time favorites)

It's alright. As long as this one remains permanent, you can have the "honor" of having created the primary Naruto anime thread. To participate:

My favorite character is not really Sasuke, but I like his character design. I also like to see Shikamaru and Anko; by large I like Kakashi.

I've read all the manga, but seen fairly little of the anime. Just to the beginning of the second Chuunin Exam.

The traditional spelling is Gaara, but Viz has recently been translating it as Gara. After the Chuunin Examination saga Gaara earned his way onto my list of liked characters.

I like the series alot but actually don't hold any love for the characters, but i like how the interaction of the characters is so well done. ie sasukes and naruto's rivally, the way naruto fought for hinata, the way kakashi plays/strugles w. the psuedo dad role n sasukes life and i especially liked how the the sanins acted together. if i had a favorite, it would be ero-senin

My favorite character is Shikamaru. After him I really like Kakashi and Rock Lee. Sasuke kind of annoys me the way he's so cold to Sakura (even though I'm not really a SasukexSakura shipper).

I really love Masashi Kishimoto's style. They did a good job adapting it into the anime. ^^

Anyways, Saskue is my favorite character but for some reason I would rather have Naruto end up with Sakura. Maybe because Naruto has to work for it.

Really? While I hope the series doesnt go in that dirrection (serious relationships), I would hate it if Naruto 'ended up with Sakura.'

We are talking about the girl who was the cruelest to Naruto untill he was cool. Now that he is successful she changes her mind!? Blah! If the story has to ark in this dirrection... I would definately lay my vote down for Hinata. She was loyal to Naruto through thick and thin.

So you say. But where are you getting that information? As far as I know, Masashi Kishimoto has been fairly silent about his overall intentions for the series. It is quite possible he'll keep it going as long as it remains popular.

I'll believe that when I am linked to an original source that I do not believe is faked. There are hundreds of internet scams and nearly anyone can put together a believable-looking website and put whatever they want on it.

Yeah, a lot of sites will put out false information just so they can get a lot of visitors. I won't believe it until I see it on an official site.
