this is a spin off of the "why would YOU want to be an anime character?" thread.

ok if you were an anime character, wich one would you be, and of you can't choose then what would you personality be like?

mine would be:

Mirielle!!! from ".Hack// Legend of the Twilight", she's so cute and funny is Happy Go Lucky and has a free spirit!

i would be belldandy she is nice and cares alot and is cheerful and likes to cheer people she cares on i guesse im mostly like her (n_n)

I'd want to be either Lina from Slayers or Cleao from SSO. Orphen is pretty hot stuff so probably Cleao.

Probably Vash the Stampede... not that I'd really want his life, it's so sad and he's constanly in danger, but... yeah. I admire his courage and willigness to stand up for what's right. I also find that we have a lot in common - similar values, blond hair, blue-green eyes, and we both live in deserts.

I would be either Subaru from .hack//SIGN or...well, in all actuality, probably only her. But I'm also a lot like Miyako from Digimon...crazy, ne? The quiet, glasses-wearing female characters...that's me. If I had it my way, I'd be Nami though, from One Piece. Arr!

In Sailor Moon, I'd probably be either the minister of the local church or one of Darien's never-seen friends who misses out on all the sillyness of Serena and the gang.

Or maybe I'd be Philip Yoshi, Laura's teacher from Hamtaro. I can identify with him somewhat--he's clumsy and awkward but has a big heart and a fear of chickens. (It's either him or Forrest Haruna--Laura's dad. Except I don't think I'd call my daughter "pumpkin".)

Good choice, archy! I really like Mirielle.

I would choose Folken de Fanel from The Vision of Escaflowne. His personality reminds me a lot of myself--analytical, intellectual, somewhat quiet and introverted, but someone who cares deeply for family and those very close to him.

I'd be Sakura from Naruto. When I first read the manga, I didn't like her much, but then I realized her personality was eerily like mine, in that she's a smart aleck, she has a crush on a guy who barely notices her, and she dislikes annoying people who yell all the time. Don't get me wrong, Naruto (the character) is one of my favorite manga characters, but I probably wouldn't get along with him very well if I had to be on a team with him.
Plus she gets to be a ninja. How cool would that be?

we have a bit in common, quiet, calm, l337...jk...
i wouldnt read come come paradise though....id read pcgamer....and itd be great, cuase id be the copy ninja, and id have a red eye...which is totally cool..especialy when it moves....

I would be either Garrack from Record of Lodoss War or Aoshi from Rurouni Kenshin.

Aoshi, because he is very competitive, as I am. Garrack, because he doesn't take himself too seriously, and is willing to sacrifice for others despite looking after himself.

Well, on Trigun quizzes, I end up either as Rem or Vash... though I think in some ways I'm more like Vash. I moodswing a lot... I'll be in between being horribly depressed and being incredibly goofy... and sometimes I act goofy when depressed (online, typically), so.. yeah, we got a lot in common.

However, give me a gun.. and I can't hit the broad side of a barn.

i think i would be miki koishikawa from marmalade boy. my sister tells me that she's too mucha like me to be safe. i think so too. plus, she always gets the guy she wants!!....unfortunently, that person would be her new "stepbrother" sort-of maybe. and she has cute outfits. and she's a simple pretty. and yeah, mostly because she gets the guy she wants. ^_^;;

Hmmm.... lets see,
I would want to be someone like Mimiru (.hack/sign), Jenna (golden sun), Rind, Peorth or Belldandy (Ah My Goddess), Zakuro or Ichigo (Tokyo Mew Mew)..... and others that are my favs....can't think.....
Though I have been described as (personality wise) as Faye-minus clothes issue (cowboy bebop), Priss (bgct2040), Kaoru (RK), Jessica (LunarSSSC), Milly (Trigun) and Kisaor Tohru (Fruits Basket) and others.... can't think anymore again.....
Quite a mix, guess I'm unpredictable, hee hee!

Well. this is pretty tricky. If I had to lives (a bad one and a good one) I would choose 2 diffrent characters. One for revenge and path of destrution and to end all agoney. which would have to be Rion, from Galerians (Playstation 1)

In my other life.. the one I am living in now.. It has to be Naoto from FLCL. I am pretty much living his life already. but without the aliens coming down and going crazy!

I'd be him, too. I mean, I can be seriously depressive at times and then happy, I absolutely LOVE swordfighting (I've suffered wounds from it, heh). I mean, he lieves in Japan in one of their most historical time periods, and he leads an awesome life. There's just one thing....SPOILERS WARNING
