Before I really knew what anime really was, I watched Speed Racer whenever it was on (Cartoon Network...in the 90s. I think they still show it now?), Akazukin Cha Cha, and maybe two more but I don't remember. I didn't like Sailor Moon or Doraemon, oddly.
Then, when I moved to Singapore, that was when I -really- jumped into the ring. Popular titles such as Rurouni Kenshin, Flame of Recca, Slam Dunk, Cooking Master Boy, and a bunch of others were among what I watched, depending on what was airing on AXN. I particularly liked Shadow Skill and Fushigi Yuugi. I have no idea how many I watched, but compared to other people, it's a -very- small fraction, don't you think?
My Japanese classmate invited me over to her house to watch anime from time to time, and I watched things like CardCaptor Sakura, Ayatsuri Sakon, Jigoku Sensei Nube, Kotetsu Tenshi Kurumi... but they were all in Japanese. I didn't know much of it back then so you can imagine how much I understood. XD
Now I've picked up titles such as Wolf's Rain, AIR, One Piece, and Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles. There are just too many things to see!
