NHL starting up in two days!

Postby Eriana » Mon Oct 03, 2005 11:07 am

It seems like forever since I last saw a hockey game, well of course now in two days that won't be a problem! The lock-out is finally over and soon the games will be televised! I am a hockey fanatic! Maybe I should've been part Canadian and part Japanese...Anyways, Who here is interested in Hockey?what's your favorite team?

Somewhat but not as much as football or baseball or basketball for that matter.
I live in Northeastern Washington state so I'm in Flames Country! :thumb:

Cool. I'm glad somebody finally responded to my thread, I wasn't expecting even one reply. -.-
Most people are into golf, basketball, baseball, football, tennis, that sort of thing but hockey has for some reason always been the underdog in the sports centers. Besides Canada of course. So thanks for replying mitsuki lover! ^_^

When I lived in Ohio, I was a Pittsburgh Penguins fan back when Jagr and Lemuix were playing, and Gretzky was still playing for the NYR. I find myself hoping Jaromir will be playing well like he did in the old days again.

Hockey is one of the few sports I occasionally follow, usually during playoffs. The others are the Olympics and World Cup soccer.

Anyway, go go Maple Leafs.

I'm in Canucks territory... I'm not THAT big of a fan but if it's on, I'll watch. Actually I'm supposed to be going to a "hockey party" get-together on that day... course I'm mostly in for it for the socializing ;)
