Kaidohmaru

I just heard about this.. it was made in 2003, and looked cool, so I wondered if anyone here had seen it and had any opinions...

Its supposed to be a pastel colored anime, where the coloring changes in every scene, and it sounded cool and artsy to me.

So there's my three cents. Now I need 2 more.

I have that film and let me tell you Dunendan, its one heck of an oddball animation. The story is extremely cryptic and is like a massive puzzle. The DVD I believe contains liner notes on whats going on in the film and what lead to the events. The animation style is very experimental looking and unique(I love the way Production IG did the blood). Its also really short too, at only 45 minutes. I don't want to spoil the film, but the ending is pretty sad(in an emotional way). I didn't like Kaidohmaru(and thought I wasted $30) at first, but after I watch it close to 20 times(along with reading the notes and information on the web), I realized that the film is something of a masterpiece. Its an oddball masterpiece, but a masterpiece none the less.
