I'm just kidding but we all are strange in some points. Do you know that someone once called me a stalker. A STALKER! I know I'm weird but all I was doing was being a nice gentleman. Aibou is the Japanese word for partner/companion/etc.

Yami Yugi (YGO) calls Yugi "aibou"..
and Duo Maxwell calls his Gundam the same. (I think?!)
.. and then Sony's mechanical dog "Aibo" ^^;
and it's just a nice word.

So, you guys wanna know about usernames, eh? Well, alright, but don't say I didn't warn you... Cause I just did. :eyeroll:

Like many of you, I've had many other usernames before, especially when for some abnormal reason or another, I was obsessed with the word, 'dude.' 7th grade does that to ya. Another username of mine that I really like is my e-mail (mermaid_boycott), cause actually my name is the same as the one mermaid from Disney, and it gets annoying that people always point that out. I prefer to think of it as a character from some literature or another, or a moon of Uranus, but, nooo... :shady:

Excuse my rambling. Now, as for my current username here, it has to do with my fave character from my fave manga, Ascot from Magic Knight Rayearth (see the avatar). My second fave is Umi. I luv that pairing, so hence, As(cot)(U)mi-chan. :hug: Yes, I must glomp the name, cause it's so spiffy! By the way, I also used to write fanfiction under the username 'twin-ascot' just cause I thought it would be really cool if I were related to him somehow. Unfortunately I'm not, but I prefer to loosen my grip on reality a bit. :thumb:

My user name... If I reveal this, I may be lost in the nuigurumi forever... Eto... Er... I'm a duck... Quack... It is sortof a long story, but to make a long story short is a phrase that's origins are complicated and rambling...

Um... I just am... a duck... AFLAC!

(man, gilbert godfried is on that show on VH1, I love the 80s... A tv 14 show that got away with showing like 3 of the scenes that earned "The Fly" an R rating...)

Hmmm..... I'm pretty sure Namu means "no name."

In YGO, it was an alias Malik used when he met Jou. and Anzu.
As for my name, the phoenix has always been my favorite mythical creature, and white, well, I guess it's because I find albino animals intriguing and beautiful.
So, do I get a cookie? ;)

Michiru was inspired by Michiru Kaio (??)of Sailormoon (yeah go ahead and laugh... :P) 'T' is the initial of my last name.

but I also found out that Michiru means to "To be filled with." I would like that...especially if I choose to be filled with the Holy Spirit.

when i registered, a quote from somewhere (NTUSA, I think.) was going through my mind about how comic books are the new mythology. This put me in mind of the old mythology. I read about the characters for hours repeatedly in the back of the dictionary. True. So I thought "What myth could I take and put at least a slight Christian spin on?" Appolo's son driving the chariot of the sun awry? :o Icarus, flying to close to the sun and melting his wings? Aren't angels depicted as winged men? That works! :thumb: Now, all I have to do is change the spelling of "sun" to "Son" and voila!! My signature!

Kaze is the name of a character I made in 7th grade - i use it a lot still. It means "wind" in japanese. At the time my favorite anime character was Fuu from Magic Knight Rayearth, who uses wind magic. and "kei" (above my avatar) is one of my names ;)

My name is pretty simple...
CB-my initials
Wing 0-The gundam Wing 0

I use it, because I can count on no one else taking it whenever I join a site.

And it's just "CB" for short...at least that's what people call me when they shorten it.

Most of my usernames are based on gundams, along with my initials.

One day about five years ago I was getting my first hotmail address and I couldn't think of a username that wasn't already used. I looked down at my keyboard and noticed it had the word 'Turbo-Cat' on it, and I thought it sounded cool, so I used it (although I spelled it turbokat at the time since my school's mascot is the bearkat). I've been turbocat or some variation thereof ever since.

Spencer=My name in real life

Easy as that. I used to use Scott (long long time ago...o_o), but then when my friends would check out my album of drawings, they'd be like "Nu uh, some guy named Scott drew that"

So I just changed it to Spencer.

I chose Lioness because i attack everything i do with a ferocity known to me to be used by the Lioness when she hunts. I try to imitate the stick-to-it nature of the Lioness when it comes to being closer to Christ, and trying to make sure that others see how great he is.
