Trouble with Max Payne

It's not trouble with the playing part. (If you feel this should be moved, then by all means do so)... But the computer part... <<;; I've installed, restarted, reinstalled... When I go to play "New Game" it loads, and then I get this (see attachment)

That's a generic message - and not one anyone will probably be able to help with. See where it says, "Click here for more information?" That's probably what we would need to see to help out.
