FMA Movie

Postby Heed » Sat Aug 13, 2005 2:30 am

Being that I am in Japan, I was here to witness the release of FMA the Movie... I want to see it sooo bad but I don't want to pay $12 for admission to a movie I cannot understand...

It looks so cool though.
The Straight and Narrow

I chose to walk the straight and narrow road, but one day I lost balance and fell off it. I had fallen onto some sharp rocks and injured myself. There were people passing by who would merely stare at me, and then keep walking. Thoughts of worthlessness entered into my mind, and as I chose to believe the lies, my wounds grew worse. I was so overcome with grief that I nearly gave up... but then a man walked up to me and stopped. Without saying a word, he started to wrap my wounds, he gave me some water, and then lifted me up and embraced me. He then whispered these words into my ear, "I love you my child." As he said those words I could feel all the worthlessness and despair fall away. He then held out his hands. They had huge holes in them. He then said, "Walk with me." I then took his hand and we walked together. Every now and then I would fall from the road, but no matter where I fell, he was always there to pick me up and tell me that He loved me.

I really wish I could find a subbed cam-rip for this. I really don't want to have to wait for its domestic release. Same goes for Pokemon 8, Tsubasa Chronicle and XXXHolic. ><;;;

Wow, they are still making Poke'mon movies? Wow, talk about Insane, sheess, I remember when even the first two movies were out, and that was like way back when I was in Grade School and Junior High. Talk about years ago, and they are still making them, and thus maiming us, lol. Oh well, at least they are still rolling out InuYasha, man, can't wait till I get my hands on Movie 3!!

Pokemon's still very successful and so of course it is still producing episodes and movies.
InuYasha has ended in Japan (the anime anyway, I hear the manga's still alive and well), but it still has a ways to go until it's all out here (the series is 167 eps total, plus there are 4 movies).

It was confirmed that they are going to make an An InuYasha 2 Series, now I really can't wait for that,since I have all of the Episodes, minus only 30 of them, ah man! The 4th InuYasha movie looks so awesome, even the music video of it is great. I only have a portion of the 4th movie downloaded though.

Before I get excited, where's the proof?

My question - does the movie take place during the same time as the series or post-series? A follow-up of sorts? Does anyone know?

(not that I've seen the series...)

Hopefully, it is after the first season or so, since they didn't show anything new after season 1 on Adult swim.

The movie takes place three years after the last episode (Episode 51) of the series. It ties things up relatively nicely but still leaves room for a spin-off, OAV, sequel, ect.

I'm hoping for the adventures of Roy Mustang and his crew. ^_^
