Hello Everybody!

Postby Token Asian » Thu Aug 11, 2005 8:41 am

Hello everyone, I am the "Token Asian" AKA "LU_Anime_Sec" on the Anime Angels forums. I'm glad to find a good Christian forum and I hope to stay and have some good times with everyone here.

I enjoy a good game of chess and curling up in bed with the latest manga is quite appealing. I also keep an anime blog consistently updated (check sig for link).

God bless the USA!

Actually, I prefer playing chess on a physical board with my opponent in front of me. Half the battle is psyching out your opponent. Well, that and wearing flashy neckties to distract him (a true story from Russia).

I also forgot to mention that I'm a fan of Dr. Behe's work (latest Time magazine has some info on that). It's quite an honor to be at the same university that he teaches at.

I actually prefer Almond Crush Pocky and the Flan kind... but hey! It's free Pocky! *eats it double-fisted*

I need to post more here...

Salutations! *salute* Welcome to Kuzcotopia! The ultimate summer get away! oh...wait...

Welcome to CAA! *gives him a plum as an account warming gift* Chess, eh? I stink at chess. I can't even beat my 10 year old brothers. -_- *lol* Don't think any less of me, though! Let's be friends. ^_^

Is it a preserved plum or a fresh plum? ^_^ I love preserved plums from Taipei...

Heh, chess skill isn't a prerequisite for friendship... being able to withstand my nerdiness is a requirement, though.

I need to post more so I don't appear like slacker... not because I wanted bragging rights.

I like Ah! My Goddess because it's generally free of fanservice and violence while still maintaining a good story with interesting characters.

I should publish the recipe...

Recipe:

1/2 lb hamburger patty
One slice cheese of your choice
bacon
condiments of your choice
Kaiser roll
Two tablespoons of honey

Grill burger to taste, stack burger with condiments, place on bottom half of roll, add honey onto top of burger, and stack with the remaining half of the roll.

It's sickeningly sweet, like a very lovable goddess. But really, it's quite a good burger.

I recommend the George Foreman grill!

I think I got the recipe from Rachel Ray... not sure. I wonder how she'd feel about being associated with a goddess... well, they're both goddesses in the kitchen, I guess.

I think I'll go and make one now...
