Yes, Chloe was banned from CAA. I'm not going to go into detail, and I don't know all the specifics. Suffice to say I'm just trusting in the Lord's will regarding the whole thing. Spirit_Wolf and I will do our best to continue the club in her absence.

I just want to thank Chloe here in the Club for being a co-founder and spearheading this whole thing when it got started. Thanks!

Just wondering, does anybody know if the Chobits and X anime and manga follow the storyline? I personally dont like it when there is nudity in the manga so i dont read them. I was told that the anime of both these do not have that. Is that true? And if it is, do they follow the same storyline?

The Chobits and X animes do follow the manga storylines. X follows the manga very closely and adds a little extra character development here and there. Chobits, on the other hand, spends most of it's middle section running around with a bunch of filler before getting back on track with the manga storyline later. It also has a somewhat different ending than the manga. Both of them tone things down from the manga, although Chobits less so than X. The Chobits anime doesn't have any real nudity like the manga, but it probably has more fanservice overall, due to the filler episodes. The X anime (TV show, not the movie) is toned down a lot from the manga. The violence and gore isn't as bad and the nudity is toned down.

A while ago I posted a Kusanagi/Yuzuriha picture here. Havn't seen many other X pics.

I can't find volume 3 of Kiseki anywhere yet ><. My local borders is so stupid. Back when volume 1 was coming out they called me one day and said that they had called Tokyo-pop and tthey had said Kiseki wasn't shipping for another week. That very SAME day my friend bought volume 1 at that store. I can't believe they could have the book in store and not realize it.

Maybe. I wouldn't be an all out CLAMP fan because of some of their works. Now that I think aobut it, maybe that's the case here anyway. ^^;; Their art is awsome. Though I never figured out the insanely wide shoulders on the men, but that just seems to be a shojo thing. lol

I recently picked up volume 3 of Gohou Drug and volume 6 of Tsubasa. Drug 3 was...interesting ^^. Kazahaya and Rikuo had to go under cover at an all boys school that holds a "wedding ceramony" every year where the student body votes for for the prettiest male student to be the "Bride" and "Marry" the student council president. Of course the main character got picked. Tsubasa 6 was awesome. It had cross overs from MKR, Clover, RG Veda, and X all together. I can't wait till volume 7 comes out. Japan is up to volume 11 now. I'm really worried about how the anime is going to end now. episode 17 brought the anime up to the end of volume 5 of the manga, there is no way they could make it all the way to volume 11 in the 9 episodes remaining. It really should have been 52 episodes.

I also picked up Kiseki volume 3 today. Havn't read it yet though.

So does that mean you want in? I wouldn't classify myself as an "all out fan," either, but you're still welcome.

Wikipedia is an online encyclopedia, and a good source of information.

CLAMP no kiseki 3 has two Mokonas (one white, one black) and Tokyo Babylon's Sumerragi Subaru (white bishop). The book's about Tokyo Babylon.

I've leafed through the book and it's full of good art (no surprise) but I haven't read the interviews, yet.

No requirements for the Fan Club, Shao, though it helps to be a fan of some CLAMP works because that's the only thing discussed on here. But even if you're not a big CLAMP fan and just interested in participating, you're welcome to join. The only requirement, really, is just to officially ask to be in, in a post, and you're all set! ^___^

I'm being a bad, bad, co-founder...I haven't picked up Tsubasa 6 yet. *hides in shame* Actually, I own 6-7 in Japanese, so maybe I haven't been *that* bad, lol.

And there *will* be a Trivia contest for September for all interested. Spirit_Wolf is helping me cook this one up, so look forward to it!
