Anime Teachers

I was wondering out of the teachers that exist in anime, who would you say is your favorite? You can find a teacher-character in almost any show and some of them are quite interesting.

But for me, I'm just going to say Nyamo-sensei from Azumanga Daioh - The very kind-hearted, laid back PE teacher who just can't seem to find a boyfriend. I also admire her being able to be calm during Yukari's unpleasantness. :)

Eikichi Onizuka from GTO, even though in the show we really on see the *really* stupid things he does, thats what draws people in to liking him.

Miyabi Kurogane from Mahoraba, I'd be horrible as an art student and thus thrown into the "punishment room" often, but she has a carefree air about her and she'll even join in on battle!

Mr. Onizuka from Great Teacher Onizuka! He is by far the best teacher hands down. Although he's sometimes misunderstood <.< II >.> he has a good heart. Onizkua sticks up for the ones who can't and tries his very best to help others. He teaches people to take responsiblity for their own actions and sometimes his actions are quite random, which I can relate to. So, no not everyone may care for him but he could care less what others think. He rocks!

Sorry, but I stop being a teacher at 5 o'clock. - Eikichi Onizuka.

I gott say Onizuka from GTO. He is just such a funny random guy. But he always throws those really good lessons out there.

I'm pretty partial to Philip Yoshi of the Hamtaro series. Though rather a bit on the clumsy and eccentric side, he seems to be a really sweet guy and cares about his students and those important to him. :)

Aww, I like Yukari. :)

But my favorite teacher is definitely Kakashi-sensei from Naruto. :D

Yukari Tanizaki from Azumanga Daioh. Gotta love her attitude.

i have to aggree withthe previous posted votes for Eikichi Onizuka from GTO, he has such an off-the-wall teaching style, and looks out for his students.
