Hey this is my frist thread in the Art Corner! lol eh, My "art" is verrrrrrrrry beginner. But anyway, I almost feel uncomfertable posting it. BUT what I will post is stuff I am sending to my bro and sis back home! bc I love them so much! Anyway ok here ya go, these were scaned really big.

I really like the mood of the last one; it reminds me of me. :) The 2nd one seems to have a similar feel to it, too.... like standing in awe of the universe and the One who made it, in the clear moonlit midnight...

Hey, nice job! I'd like to see some more of your stuff.

Just a general art tip:

I used to draw on lined paper a lot. That stuff smudges like crazy, especially with very detailed work like you've got there. I didn't notice any, but I imagine that you're either really careful not to drag your hand through it, you cleaned it up really good, or ... you already use my tip. Take a scrap of tinfoil (*ahem* or aluminum foil for picky people) or waxed paper and keep it under the blade your hand at all times. That keeps you from scrubbing back over your work.

Those look really nice for being a beginner. :wow!: My son used to draw on lined paper all the time, too. I love the one in the middle; it makes me want to go jump on the big bunny from behind. :) The third one however, is my favorite. It places the onlooker (me) into such a calm and thoughtful feeling.

EEE! It's a bunny, I love it!! Hehe! I feel the same as everyone else about these, be careful with the lined paper (it can be hateful) and something I found really helps me (I'm a beginner too) is drawing big. If you can get your hands on a big sheet of paper or a small poster or something, those are great to start with. Sometimes having more textured paper is good too so your pencil doesn't slip around and all.

OH you wanted them scaned bigger.. Sorry i wasent getting it lol. I cant really post them any bigger they take up to much space. Sorry .
