I saw the cat returns a while ago. It lacks Miyazakis flaver but still is very studio ghibli. I loved it nun-the-less. I wish he was not retiring though *Crys* God blessed him wish such a gift, i wish he was a saved christian.. le-sigh. Oh well. ANyone else see "The cat returns"?

No, I didn't know about it? Did it get a US release yet, or is it acquisitioned by Disney awaiting a butchering, er I mean translation.

No its not state side yet, no Disney is not waiting to get it, I think at least, Its on dvd on ebay or stores online. Good movie tho! I really liked it.

From the first 30 minutes of it that I saw at a con during the summer, I thought it was awesome.
