ok folks, here's a fanfic that i'm gonna go ahead and post one of the preludes to, i'd appreciate any comments and/or criticism since it's not done yet, i'm just gonna post it in segments so that way the story's kinda interactive with the reading audience, if you have any plot suggestions, please pm them to me rather than posting them in here, thanks

Inuyasha Prelude

The night was very dark and a deep cloud cover prevented the moon and stars from shining their light down on the field of grass below. In one corner of the field lay a truly eclectic crew consisting of one Buddhist monk, one demon-slayer, one fox demon, one half-dog demon, and one girl from the future. Each member of this motley crew was know by his or her own name, the monk was know as Miroku, the slayer was Sango, the fox was Shippo, the half demon was InuYasha, and the girl from the future was called Kagome.

Inuyasha was keeping watch while quietly sitting with his sword propped up on his shoulder as he normally had it. Miroku and the others were all sleeping quite soundly as an evil wind swept through the woods and clearing all around the group. In an instant, a blurred red and gray form cut across the clearing in front of Inuyasha and vanished back into the forest in a puff of purple smoke.

Inuyasha jumped up and began to chase the unknown outline when all of the sudden his older brother, Sesshomaru, appeared up in the sky with his energy whip in hand lunging down straight into Inuyasha’s field of movement. Inuyasha planted both of his feet hard into the ground causing him to stop quickly just short of Sesshomaru’s range of attack. Sesshomaru said with rage in his voice, “INUYASHA!!! Why did you try to take the Tenseiga as well as my life? This sword may be useless in combat, but it’s all I have left of our father. I will slay you tonight for your attempt on my life! It ends now!â€

heh cool yesh ^^ one suggestion: paragraphs make it easier to read ^_^ but i like it...haven't seen the whole thing of Inuyasha but i think i'll know enough to follow ^_^ hehe monkey boy Naraku lol anyways keep writing ^_^
