Anyway, about your question Falcon, I just use my Dodge bush and Burn brush to do shading, the rest is just me knowing what and how to shade. So, just practice and I am sure you will do awesome!! ^_^

June coloring contest
Ok... this was by far the best comp we've ever had. It was VERY close and I had to call in a friend of mine to help judge because it was so tight at the end. It was nearly a three way tie between esoteric, lizardqueen, and creature art. But in the end we decided that the winner is...
Creature Art!!! way to go!!!
What really did it was the almost 3d look of everything.
Eso. Sweet entry, loved how creative you got.
Lizardqueen, no joke, you would have won any other month with that caliber of entry.

And I'm really amazed and flattered ta know that I managed to confuzzle ya Olorc. I imagine this contest musta been a nightmare to judge, there were so many amazing and individualistic entries. My head hurts just thinking about trying to chose. I think I'd conclude that I love 'em all.

I must say that the entries this month were simply superb! The only problem was that with 20 pages of posts, it was hard to find things. but, hey, with so many good entrys it was worth the hunt.
