how do guns cheat again? i do prefer my sword, Anduril, but does that mean that bows 'n arrows cheat too?

[quote="SorasOathkeeper"]Chapter 2

Brandon tried to keep up but Blade was too fast for him. The only way Brandon was able to follow him was because Blade had to stop every so often to fight off the attacking Pirates. He finally came to a stop and noticed Brandon. “You’re still following me?â€

Yay! That was cool!
The only thing is... would cannonballs really set a ship on fire? I thought they'd just blast holes in it, unless they hit a barrel of gunpowder or something.

[I]The ocean waves crashing on the sand and the occasion Seagull flying above was all that was to be heard. The beach was all but abandoned save for one boy. He lay on the sand, his brown hare blowing in the wind. He laid his head back and closed his eyes.

Whoot! S'more! ^_^ I like the change of scene; it's kind of a movie-like effect, in my mind. Suddenly from here to there -it gives it a good pace. ^_^
Oh, and I think it may be: The beach was all but abandoned save for one boy.

Thank you. Yeah I always know what i'm trying to say, but it always comes out wrong. It's a problem I have. ^^

Brandon was jerked out of his bed and the room slanted to the right. He jumped up and held his head; it felt like it would explode any second. His vision kept on going out of focus. He sighed and rubbed his eyes. He sat on the bed for several minutes and looked up at his surroundings. The room he was in was small. It only had a Bed on one side of the room and a small table and chair on the other.

Brandon looked down and saw that he was only in his pants. He stood up trying to figure out where he was, and where his shirt and jacket was. He looked down and noticed his Leg didn’t hurt anymore. He lifted up his pant leg and saw his leg was bandaged. He walked over and sat on the chair and saw his boots next to the bed. He grabbed them and put them on. But there was still no sign of his shirt or jacket.

Brandon stumbled towards the door and opened it. He walked out into the hallway and walked down the corridor. He noticed that all the doors were closed and locked. He continued down till he reached some stairs. He started to climb up them.
He opened the door and peeked out. “What….!â€

Brandon jumped back and looked up at Blade. He watched Brandon’s every move, not saying a word. Brandon felt uncomfortable under his gaze. “You’re…the guy that was fighting the pirates right?â€

Yah, MS Word. -_- The bane of writers... I wonder why it changes the words like that? *Shrugs* Oh well. I'll just keep pointing them out, if you like. ( '_')?

Cool, then I'll continue. ^_^
“First where"... "Secondly who"... ..."yelled, frustratedly." (or perhaps "yelled frustradedly?" "You’re here 'cause" "And last"... "Blade smiled." "the uncaring Blade." "Brandon followed behind him." "He pleaded.

I love this! It's the new boy hazing.  That's just such a cool idea -him having to get it down by himself. I'm really looking forward to more!

While editing, I was also reminded of something -do you realise that up until I was somewhere between thirteen and fourteen I was convinced that 'second' was actually spelled 'secound'? I have no idea where on earth I got that spelling.
It's weird to think that 'frustratedly' is even a word... it sure doesn't sound like it. :eh:

And yes, putting hiw shirt up where the flag pole is then making him go get it. Not nice. *Blade is an evil pranster*

Brandon gritted his teeth and glared at the back of Blade's head. Brandon looked up at the mast. “You can’t expect me to climb up that!â€

Yeah, poor Brandon! ^_^ ...I forgot he only had one arm. It's a cool to have a character who's different like that.

"...glared at the back of Blade's head." "...looked up at the mast." "“Hey I’ve heard of people climbing mountains without any limbs. Surely..." "...looked up at his shirt." "He sighed." "Brandon grabbed..." "Brandon rolled his eyes." "himself up more." “Gee, don’t you even ask if I want to talk about it?" or: “Gee, you don't even ask if I want to talk about it." "Blade shrugged."

Lol, I love that "Surely you can climb a small pole." "Small?"
I also like your description of how he climbs the rope -subtle and correct. ...Hope that made sense. (~_')? Basically I just liked the way it was correct but not over-obvious. ^_^
Random fact: 'mouton' is the French word for sheep. ^_^

Thank you. I just didn't really know how to discribe a one armed kid climbing a rope so I did it that way. Lol, OH WELL! It's all good.

And now for your enjoyment and her stupidity return of TORI!!! *o*/

Brandon finally reached the crows nest. He was about to climb up in it when he heard snoring. He peeked over the top and saw Tori asleep with a Seagull on her hat. “Um…Hello?â€

Oh yeah, and I forgot to edit the scene where Tori first appeared on this page of the thread... mostly because there weren't many mistakes. ^_^ Anyway, let me start editing...
looking through the spy-glass.
Perhaps whitish-blonde or even better white-blonde or blonde-white hair. I'm not 100% sure, but I think you can use the words whitish or blondish, but just one at a time.
Excellent work on that one -very few mistakes. ^_^
Now for the most recent story post:

Brandon followed Blade to the downstairs kitchen. Blade walked into the kitchen and pointed to the table where Brandon went and sat. Blade started to dig through a pantry, and came back with a couple loaves of bread. He tossed one to Brandon and sat across from him. Brandon turned and looked at Blade.
“So…Is Blade your real name or is it a nickname? I mean not that’s it’s a bad name, just I’ve never heard of anyone named that before.â€

i wouldn't be surprised if you got that from the old-english type of spelling. such as "colour" and "hullo" 'n other things like that.

sora, didn't we have this conversation last time i was at your house? i think we were walking home from the mall that day... deja vu!

"Bolt, Blade Bolt"
 hey, sora! love the last name!
