I would say that it'd be better to get the regular dvds with the inserts. Not only are they informative, but they're gorgeous! Some of the best box art and insert design I've seen! When I first got mine, I didn' realize they were the regular inserts and thought i'd gotten something special cuz they were so cool looking! the seller bluegrassdigital on eBay often sells the entire series (r1 of course) brand new for a really good price. I got all seven discs, brand spanking new with everything included for a little over $60! (which I believe is even cheaper than the thinpak set that was just released. Trust me, unless you are absolutely hurting for cash, be patient and get the regular dvds! Hope this maybe helps your decision!
