Lets just say that the cute little girl with the heavy machinery coming out of her back...caught my eye. How is it? Content, story, dub/sub?

i really like it but there is some adult content but nothing really bad like the manga
love the dub but the sub was better and the story was so great
just a warning but its kinda sad and romantic
PS a movie will be coming out that shows the story from the girls side and what she was thinking and feelling plus what happen to her and her training
