Note: Plz don't move this to links. This is my own work, I just posted the DA version of it so that users may comment on it there if they have an account.

Anyways, I've been feeling kinda guilty lately, so I wrote this... ja... comments?

I never read poetry...and I usually ignore everything in this forum.

But...something pressed on me to read this thread.

Now I know why.

I needed to read that.

That was so beautiful, I started crying. I can relate so well...there are no words.
You truly have a talent for writing, and I am just amazed...like Kaemmerite, I needed to read that.

....That was beautifully written. I'm one that usually hates poetry, but really, very well done.

Looks like this thread is kinda old, but I missed out on this the first time. That was a really great poem, Slater. Do you still write stuff?

I guess someone revived this post so I just had to take a look at it as well.....and I was honestly moved. I loved your poem, it almost seemed like a song too...because of the bit of repition in it. Your poetic form is pretty orignal as well, which I liked. Also, its awesome because you kept the attention of the reader, while ryhming and getting your point across, you broke into the readers heart and let them see and feel the same as you were when you wrote that poem. It was just amazing. I hope your still writing. ^_^
