ive seem to enjoy Avatar- the last airbender..... i like it. lol. its like.. nickelodeons first anime show... O_o but.. its cool. lol. :sweat:

I thought Nickelodeon was the one that did the show and went with anime look to the art style.

Other then that, I was it today for the frist time and it look good and I saw W.I.T.C.H., which looks like US made Sailor Moon in a way.

Personally, I don't think Avatar really is an anime, even though I've noticed several oriental names floating about. I like this show and I've never missed an episode yet. Just like what they did with Cartoon Network's Teen Titans, they added anime-like elements. And Nickelodeon has had an anime before which is now airing on Nick GAS (Speed Racer). Then again, maybe this is an anime of some sort. If I've bursted anyone's bubble, don't hesitate to post in objection.

I think it depends on your own definition of anime. In this case, I'd be with you on the whole "Avatar is not anime" debate basically because, well, it's not directly from Japan. It was made for Nickelodeon and the writers and stuff are prolly american and whatnot. -_-

I don't think its an actual anime...I think they just borrowed the artstyle. But I still like it. I haven't seen very many episodes though. I like the prince guy (Azuko or soemthing, I can't remember though). The first episode I was the one where he had a duel with the commander (An went to the airbender temple too).

They did have (Japanese?) consultants for the martial art stuff. And the prince's name is Zuko.
