It feels like forever since I actually wrote a review myself.

I've never heard of this one before, but it's a great review, Gypsy! :thumb:

Thanks, but there's not much to the review because there's not much to the series.

I just wanted to back up what you said in the review about translations. I saw the fansub version and the way they translated it there was only a few uses of the d word. ;) Hehe, although in reality the thing I remember most about this series is all the fanservice (lots of skimpy swimsuits). :P

Thanks, MyrrhLynn! And yes, all the fanservice does seem to overpower an already weak story - especially if you're not into the Tales series.

Is it just me or is the game Tales of Symphonia from this series?

Yeah.

The Tales series is one of the most popular RPG series in Japan, behind only Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy.

The series includes so far:
Tales of Phantasia (SNES, GBA, PS1)
Tales of Destiny (PS1)
Tales of Eternia (PS1) (released as Tales of Destiny II in the US)
Tales of Destiny II (PS2) (the REAL Tales of Destiny II)
Tales of Symphonia (GC, PS2)
Tales of Rebirth (PS2)

...and a bunch of PS1/GBC/GBA sidestories...
