poem on Trigun ^^

Postby girlninja » Wed Jan 19, 2005 11:25 am

in case you guys were wondering this is a vash poem ^^ basically from his perspective..

Across the endless vast
celestial stars bear witness
the death of a loved one
the seperation of brothers
the endless question: Who am I?

haunting memories
coming in forms of melodies
enter dreams
enter sleep
creating the nightmares for tomorrow

The demon who was once a brother
the wayward son who may not come home
seeks my destruction
seeks nothingness
lives in despair no matter how hard he fights it

A priest
bearing a gun slinging cross
he lays claims to salvation?
Can i even look up
when all i ever known has leaved me downtrodden

And yet the question
the question still remains
Who Am i?
where am i going?
What is my purpose?
Will i survive?
endless questions that wrought the mind
that overflow the soul with longing
that kill the human heart into insanity
yet the question will always remain
Who AM I?

Interesting. Never seen/read Trigun. Wouldn't know much about the characters.
Take it like you gave it; what else matters in the end? To be honest, it's all a one-shot test; that leaves plenty of places to go wrong, but how will you ever know? There's a pointer, I will admit. Turn it on, listen to it, feel it burn.

Mmm, interesting. I do think that Vash sometimes wonders what the purpose of his life is.
May I suggest my Trigun angstfic thing, "Appearances Are Decieving" that's also posted in this forum. It's very similar in the Vash part. Well, kinda.
Think happy thoughts.

Ive noticed something interesting, when a place is really amazing people say it must be seen to believed ... but the most amazing place ever must be believed to be seen.
