hi all, another newbie here ^^

Postby juvey » Sat Nov 13, 2004 1:09 pm

Hi all. Just found this board the other day when I began to search for Christian manga/anime on the web, being tired of some of the junk that is out there. I love the art form and the in depth storylines of anime/manga, but I wish there were more Christian stuff out there. Hope to have some fun. :D

I have a black lab/gold retriever mix, but she's at home right now, since we can't have pets in the dorms at my college. She's adorable, the most loving and cuddly dog you could ever have. I always wanted a kitten but my mother was allergic; as soon as I get my own house I'm getting one for sure.

Welcome aboard, juvey. That's an interesting nom de plume. Where'd you pick it up, if you don't mind my asking?

Don't mind at all. It's actually an old nickname from high school. A group of friends started calling people by some part of their last names with 'ey' added on. Since my last name has 'juv' in it, they thought it would be hilarious to no end to call me juvey. This started in my sophomore year, and it stuck. ^^
