Hajimemashite!

There are many RPG players here who can help you with that and I'm sure they'll be coming along presently. Meanwhile, please tell us a little about yourself.

Welcome! :)

The forum RPGs are pretty simple. All you have to do is find one that is starting up (or an established one that is accepting new players), and create a character. After that, just post in the RPG thread as necessary.

Do you play video games? If so, what are your favorites?

W00t! How's it goin', dude? I already know you from your other thread...but I guess I'll give you a proper welcome on your welcome thread, eh?

So, welcome! Man, I wish I had a cookie-cutter greeting like 90% of the people I see on welcome threads...then I wouldn't be stuck for what to say so often! But alas, to me a cookie-cutter greeting just isn't very personal...

Hi jesusfreakabc,

Nice to meet you. You like RPG's? Video games ones too? Do you have a favorite?
Sorry I guess that was a lot of questions at once.

If you want to join an RPG, just head over to 'out of character' in the RPG area, and read about some of the RPG's that people are playing or starting up. Most people post general rules and an idea of what their RPG is about. Pick one (or more) you like, talk to the person who is running it for more info (if you want), and if its what you are looking for, join up, and have fun. :thumb:

If you have other questions, dont hesitate to ask,

Depend on it. God's work done in God's way will never lack God's supply. He is too wise a God to frustrate His purposes for lack of funds, and He can just as easily supply them ahead of time as afterwards, and He much prefers doing so.
- J. Hudson Taylor
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?" "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet. You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times." It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach. He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.

"The advice I like to give young artists, or really anybody who’ll listen to me, is not to wait around for inspiration. Inspiration is for amateurs; the rest of us just show up and get to work. If you wait around for the clouds to part and a bolt of lightning to strike you in the brain, you are not going to make an awful lot of work. All the best ideas come out of the process; they come out of the work itself. Things occur to you. If you’re sitting around trying to dream up a great art idea, you can sit there a long time before anything happens. But if you just get to work, something will occur to you and something else will occur to you and something else that you reject will push you in another direction. Inspiration is absolutely unnecessary and somehow deceptive. You feel like you need this great idea before you can get down to work, and I find that’s almost never the case." - Chuck Close

Hi and welcome to CAA! ^_____^

YOU SEE

You see into the deepest part of me ---

beyond the fog I hide behind.

You cast your light upon the shadows

that stretch like cobwebs in my mind.

You ease the pain when I am hurting,

and morbid visions from my past

pierce into the realm of Reason

as though I danced on blades of glass.

You grant me strength when I have fallen

and, once again, I've lost my way.

You take my hand in Yours and lead me

into the promise of a brand new day.

You bring order to all my chaos,

yet set my well-laid plans awry.

You place me on a firm foundation ---

then give me wings so I can fly.

You sand away my roughened edges

and polish all the dullest parts

until I stand before Your presence...

a newly-sculpted work of art.

You see into the heart within me,

right through my motives and selfish will.

And yet, in spite of all You see

You say You love me even still.
